Cancellation Policy

At Innerbloom Chiropractic, every appointment is reserved especially for you. We are committed to providing timely, high-quality care and keeping appointments available for the families who need them most.

Unfortunately, when appointments are cancelled at short notice or missed altogether, it is often too late for us to offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting to be seen.

To help us continue providing the best possible experience for all of our patients, the following Cancellation Policy applies.

Cancellation Fees

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.
• Appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows) will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.

Cancellation fees are payable before any future appointments can be booked.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. These situations will always be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the clinic.

Need to Cancel?

As a courtesy, we send a confirmation SMS as a reminder of your upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another patient on our waitlist.

If you think you may be unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us by phone, email, or by replying to your appointment reminder SMS.
